Project Overview
As a new company in oil and gas sector in Kenya, Lexo intended to incorporate a convenience store within the station. The store was combined with a coffee shop for customers and a seating area for less than a dozen people.

Design and build a convenient shop with a coffee outlet and match the design within the existing building

Project Solution
As the PM, I assembled a team to oversee safety and quality for the works. Weekly meetings with the entire team, contractor and client to align was necessary. High coordination and clear communication helped the team to navigate challenges through the project. The shop was launched after a 3 weeks delay due to travelling logistics from SA to Kenya during Covid-19 restrictions.
